Free Courses for STEM Students

STEM Starter has funding to support students in Spring 2016 and Summer 2016.

This opportunity is available to students enrolled in a STEM concentration, including Computer Science (AACSC), Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing (ASEAM), Computer Science (AACSC), Environmental Studies (AAENV), Information Technology (ASINT), and Science, Mathematics, and Pre-Engineering (AASMP) and will cover one three- or four-credit course in mathematics, IT, science, or engineering in Spring 2016 or Summer 2016.

Please note that each applicant must:

1) Be a matriculated full-time student in one of the listed concentrations

2) Be enrolled in a mathematics, science, IT, or engineering course as relevant to the listed concentrations in Spring 2016 or Summer 2016

3) Earn a C- or better in the mathematics, science, IT, or engineering course in Spring 2016 and Summer 2016

4) Have at least two in-person advising appointments each semester, where at least one of those is with Colleen Coughlin, STEM Academic Advisor (Appointments with Colleen are made through Starfish; click on STEM Services and schedule appointments).
